Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we kindly ask you to get in touch with us. At Londora London, we aim to ensure that our customers are 100% happy with the products they have purchased from our suppliers. If, by any chance, you are not satisfied, please don't hesitate to contact us so that we can assist you immediately.
How to Return (Part of) Your Order
You have the right to return the product within 30 days of receiving it, for any reason. We will refund the full order amount within five working days after receiving the returned product. However, please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Follow the steps below to return the product(s):
- Send an email to info@londora-london.uk and let us know you wish to return all or part of your order.
- Wait for a response from our customer service team to confirm if we can accept the return.
- If we accept the return, we ask you to carefully and securely package the product, preferably in the original packaging.
- Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service.
- Please provide the Track & Trace code to our customer service.
- Once the package is received and checked, we will refund the amount for the returned products using the original payment method.
Returns
You can return an item within 30 calendar days from the day of delivery.
The item must be unused and in the condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Before initiating a return, please contact us, as the return address may vary depending on the origin of your order.
Note: For hygienic reasons, lingerie and bras cannot be returned.
Order Cancellations
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order. Our orders are processed directly in the system, so cancellations are not possible.
Damaged Products upon Receipt
We regret that your product was damaged during shipping. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we kindly ask you to contact us within 30 days of receipt. After this period, unfortunately, the opportunity to return the product expires.
To resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please email us with a picture clearly showing the damaged part of the item. The best images show the damaged part on a flat surface, with both the label and the damage clearly visible.
- For damaged products, we offer a replacement package once.
- If the product is damaged upon a second delivery, we will refund the entire purchase amount.

Faults or Defects in the Product After Use
In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, we are here to help. However, please note that wear-and-tear items are not covered under this policy. These items include, but are not limited to:
- Drive belts
- Batteries
- Brake pads and discs, brake linings, brake drums
- Chains, lamps, cogs, tyres, and tubes
- Moving parts in the broadest sense of the term

Delivery of Incorrect Products
While we strive to process all orders correctly, mistakes can sometimes happen. If you receive an incorrect product, we will resolve the issue by sending you the correct order free of charge.

Delivery in the Event of Absence or Post Office Collection
If a package is delivered to your home or a post office, the cost is borne by Londora London. If the package is not collected or accepted at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct 100% of the order value from the refund.
Lost Packages
If a package is lost or not delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package before applying our refund and return policies.
Import Duties
In certain cases, customs may inspect your package upon delivery. Unfortunately, we have no control over changes in legislation that came into effect on 1st July 2021. In some instances, customs may require a small import duty payment.
However, we can assure you that in 99% of cases, no such fees will apply. If you need to pay customs duties, please contact us, and we will assist you.
